Spherical Roller Bearings
Spherical roller bearings have two raceways on the inner ring and a spherical raceway, along with spherical rollers, on the outer ring. Because the center of the raceway on the outer ring aligns with the center of the entire bearing, these bearings are self-aligning. They automatically adjust the eccentricity whether it's regarding the error of mounting bearings in the housing or the bending of the shaft.
These bearings operate normally when subjected to acute angles of up to 1 to 25 degrees between the center of the outer ring and the inner ring. They can accommodate radial loads and axial loads in both directions, with special radial load capacity allowing the bearings to withstand heavy loads and impact loads.

Spherical roller bearings are widely used in engineering machinery such as excavators and cranes for rotation systems, as well as in the main bearings of the metallurgical industry and wind power system.

What is rolling bearings?
Rolling bearings employ a cylindrical roller design, which, compared to ball bearings, allows for the distribution of loads over a larger surface area. They are often more suitable for heavy-load applications.
What are the advantages of cylindrical roller bearings?
Cylindrical roller bearings offer outstanding performance, reliability, and longer lifespan. Theis bearing is tailored to meet the rigorous demands of heavy-duty applications, ensuring efficient machine operation and reducing downtime.
What are rolling bearings and why are they important?
Rolling bearings are mechanical components designed to reduce friction between moving parts and facilitate smooth motion in machinery. Unlike sliding bearings, rolling bearings use cylindrical, needle, or tapered rollers to carry and distribute loads. This rolling action minimizes friction, heat, and wear, making rolling bearings crucial for efficient operation across various industrial applications.
